Postnatal yoga is suitable from 6-10 weeks postpartum, depending on type of birth, to 24 months.
Continue your maternal yoga journey with a postnatal class after birth to heal, recover, strengthen & find some important head space & me time.
Specifically designed to be safe for the year after having a baby and address relevant areas such as alignment, pelvic floor, abdominals. It also nurtures your emotional and mental needs, providing an opportunity to find that headspace which we require to function more effectively and make for a happier mummy. Self care is so important but particularly after having a baby.
When baby is 8 weeks you can enter the colourful & happy world of baby yoga too!
POSTNATAL MUMMY EDUCATION & SOCIAL SESSION
A session where you can bring baby along from birth and find out more about your postnatal body and how to heal, recover and strengthen whilst enjoying a cuppa and letting the babies cuddle, feed, play or sleep.
