Enter the colourful world of baby yoga from approx 8 weeks old until after your baby's 1st birthday! Each week you and your little one will adventure through different themes using rhymes, songs, music, physical movement and routines and sensory aids to engage, excite, and relax your baby. You'll learn fun ways to interact with your baby, bond, have fun together, and importantly aid their development.

We almost always incorporate EYFS and ensure that everyone has a chance to relax at the end of every single session.

Usually our baby sessions end with the babies being mesmerised by bubbles!


Classes are designed to be fun and highly interactive for both parent/guardian and child whilst incorporating EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework to aid development and have many benefits:
