Hi, Im Jill.

I became a class instructor for YogaPupz back in 2016 after having my first child, my son Harry. After completing my training I began leading baby yoga classes and toddler yoga classes shortly afterwards in community settings. Since then I have trained in kids yoga and have taught in both nurseries and schools.

In 2017 I trained in pregnancy yoga and started to deliver these classes through my brand Bump to Baby Yoga in January 2018, supporting mothers and parents from 13 weeks pregnancy through to birth and then beyond with baby yoga. And in 2020 I trained in postnatal yoga whilst pregnant with my second child so that I could continue to support mothers specifically with their healing, recovery and restrengthening after birth and for the first year.




In 2023 I completed my Level 2 certificate in Special Educational Needs and Disability to further support the children in my classes.

I love delivering the benefits of yoga to babies, young children and their parents. I'm passionate about what I do and deliver every class with careful planning and enthusiasm. I equally love supporting mums-to-be and new mums physically, emotionally and mentally through their perinatal journey through my pregnancy and postnatal classes.

In 2023 I took over the YogaPupz business and brand with a view to growing the children's yoga business. This runs alongside Bump to Baby Yoga where I still deliver classes to future and new mummies.

I genuinely believe I have one of the best 'jobs' in the world and welcome every mum, baby or child, parent and grandparent into my yoga community with a warm smile and open arms.

Baby Yoga:

Enter the colourful world of baby yoga from approx. 8 weeks old until approx 1 years old. Each week you and your little one will adventure through different themes using rhymes, songs, music, routines, movement, sensory and always bubbles to engage, excite and relax your baby. You'll learn fun ways to interact with your baby, have fun together and aid their development.



Toddler Yoga:

After baby is the exciting world of toddler yoga from approx 14 months to 4 years. This is a highly interactive class for both toddler and parent as you are taken through adventure, story and themed based classes including rhymes, songs, music, routines, movement, poses, and props to engage your toddler. Each class end with our mindful minutes, whether it be colouring, crafts, a story, or sensory lights to help your toddler relax, calm and concentrate, and always bubbles! 


Kids Yoga:

This session is for children in reception, years 1, 2 and 3 aged 4-8 years. Kids will enjoy poses through story based yoga and games. Breath work and mindfulness will be part of the session also to help the kids feel positive, relaxed and aid their well-being.
Kids Yoga helps children develop body awareness, improves their motor skills, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination. It aids a child's confidence and self esteem and is a fully inclusive activity for all abilities. It gives children a positive outlet to express themselves, focus and calm their minds. 

You will both enjoy the all-inclusive, relaxed and friendly social aspect of the classes also. Many yogis, even those not expecting too, make friends during classes, some friendships lasting for years. Those simply wishing to spend quality time with their baby to bond and grow together will find this a no pressure environment to do so.
